Katsuya had turned on the lamp, nothing more. But there was no follow-up, not even a touch, just a click and a sudden flare of light that seared through his closed eyelids. Katsuya reached over him, and Honda couldn’t help it he squeezed his eyes shut and flinched. "What,“ Katsuya mumbled, his voice low and barely intelligible in the night. But he didn’t sleep–couldn’t possibly sleep–and so he noticed when, behind him, Katsuya’s slow, gentle breathing suddenly hitched. His eyelids drifted lower until his vision was a tiny sliver, the dark window behind dark curtains and the fuzzy outline of the nightstand and the curve of the lamp and the metallic glint that was Katsuya’s glasses. He didn’t have the strength to drag himself out of this bed, and the weakness wasn’t just physical. He ached inside and out, so fiercely he could barely even contemplate moving. Leave behind what had happened here.īut he couldn’t. He’d missed the last train, but he could call a cab. Get up, maybe avail himself of Katsuya’s shower, put his clothes back on, walk out of the apartment. But the glint of those eyes behind those sharp silver frames was something foreign and terrifying, and it chilled Honda down to his very bones, an onslaught of terror that, despite all his size and strength, he was powerless to fight.Īnd if his fear hadn’t stopped him, then the fact that it was Katsuya would have.

He could have shoved Katsuya off, punched him, pinned him down if necessary. He was bigger than Katsuya, stronger, had always been he kept himself in shape, was athletic, was powerful. I could have stopped him, Honda thought blankly. Years, and it was all wiped away in one glorious heartbeat, because Katsuya wanted him–Īnd then, somehow, it had all spiraled out of control. Years of resignation, of quashing hope, of satisfying himself with the classroom and the volleyball court and the office and the lunch table, of keeping his silence and grasping at what he could reach, of convincing himself that being Katsuya’s best friend was enough. Katsuya had come to him, shown interest in him. Honda shuddered and buried his face in his hands.įor a moment–one brilliant, shining, ecstatic moment–Honda had been the happiest man alive. Katsuya was a stranger’s eyes gleaming cruelly in the face of his best friend. Katsuya was shock and disbelief turned to terror. Katsuya wasn’t just a warmth in the bed beside him Katsuya was the bruises on his arms, the ache in his jaw, the slick and agony between his legs. This being said, it could easily be the KatsuyaxMido route, as Katsuya's hair in bed looks more like Glasses Katsuya's, and it would be unusual for Normal Katsuya to smirk as he did.(discussions of rape and general spoilers for Kichiku Megane)Īfter it was over, after the horror and humiliation and pain had finally ended, after Katsuya had pulled out and rolled over and dropped off into sleep, Honda could do nothing but lie there and stare at the wall, seeing nothing. It's unclear which route this story takes place in -if it takes place in one at all-, but it suggests it may be the MidoxKatsuya route, around the two month mark of the Protofiber sales. He sees the glasses lying on the nightstand and smirks devilishly to himself.

In the room, Katsuya was awoken by the sound of the door shutting and sits up on his elbow. He ponders for a short while over his dream and shakes it off, gets out of bed, gets dressed, and leaves the room. He sits up in his bed in the hotel room and looks over at Katsuya in slight fear, and wondering which Katsuya is there, reaches out to his sleeping body (which was facing away from him), but relents at the last moment. Katsuya then repeats Mido's own words to him cryptically, which startles him and causes him to wake up. Katsuya mocks Mido before pulling him in close to perform the same act Normal Katsuya was doing prior. Glasses Katsuya is suddenly in the chair Mido was sitting in, and Mido is the one on the ground before him. Katsuya turns and to Mido's shock, he is faced with Glasses Katsuya. Concerned that he may have made Katsuya cry, he reaches out to him, when his arm is suddenly grabbed. He sits back in his chair and smirks until he notices Katsuya's trembling. Katsuya pulls away, saying that he can't continue, and Mido grabs his hair, mocking him before throwing him violently to the ground. The manga opens with a scene strikingly similar to the first time Normal Katsuya sexually services Takanori Mido. Blind Alley is a short manga by Fuhri Misasagi that was released with limited edition sets of the first Kichiku Megane game.
